The purpose of this documentation is to guide you to setup two factor authentication with your account.
Please note that our team will never ask you for your two-factor authentication code.
Head over to your account portal
Click on the "My Account" tab
Enter your phone number under the "Phone Number" input. You can select the country by clicking the flag in the input and a dropdown will appear.
Click the "Turn on 2FA" button. A popup (as shown below) will appear asking for a verification code sent to the phone number you entered.
Once you click the "Verify Phone Number" button, you are finished! You will receive a confirmation email and confirmation text. If the code you entered is incorrect, you can request another code by clicking, "Resend Security Code."
